The hotel is situated 12 kilometres from the top of Monte Amiata and is 6 kilometres from the winter skiing resort. Overlooking a sloping valley, the hotel fungo stands at a height of 900 metres above sea level and amidst the much appreciated quiet and beautiful environment. The structure has reserved parking for clients at the front/rear, including reserved parking for disabled badge holders.
	The principal entrance is at street level and an outside lift/elevator enables you to reach your room directly from the car park. Easily accessible and without incurring obstacles, the hall, reception and breakfast rooms are on the ground floor. While the restaurant, instead, is situated on the 3rd floor and has easy access for people with disabilities. The lift/elevator, according to previous clients, has sufficient room for wheel chair facilities (it’s always advisable to confirm the dimensions of the chair and wheels). It’s also equipped for the blind, with numbered soundings for the different floor levels, and has the keyboard in brail.
Special provisions have also been made by the hotel for the disabled, with easily accessible bathrooms equipped for wheel chairs. Two double rooms have been set aside for the people less able, and are situated on the 1st and 2nd floor. The bathroom facilities have the following characteristics: floor shower with the aid of a chair, curtain surrounds, toilet with support brace and small shower and the wash basin is without column. The hotel also consents the access to guide dogs for the blind.
The bar, TV room and garden (asphalted) are easy accessible areas with incurring obstacles.
